The system utilizes sensors connected to AI models trained on an extensive database of standard crew procedures. These sensors analyze crew behaviors, distinguish items from each other, and even recognize maintenance issues within the galley. 

The result is greater efficiency of the many tasks crew members are responsible for. From faster pre-flight inventory checks and real-time inventory tracking throughout service, to quickly alerting crews to spills, clutter and even equipment damage, the galley.ai system keeps crews agile, productive and focused on their most important tasks. 

This greater efficiency also reduces cognitive workload for the cabin crew and increases their situational awareness and emergency readiness.
